I owned a Coolsat 4K for 2 years and just this week decided to go with a different model. The NORW support has dwindled lately, and it's good to have different choices.
The usb loader, alot of FTA's have now, is great for loading files without disconnecting your receiver every time.
These things pay for themselves in just a few months, so treat yourself and try another box.
Then, when Coolsat gets their crap together, you'll have a second tv with satellite.

I started with coolsat and i cant complain, they have been to me. I guess the tech is alittle old on the 4, 5 & 6000"s, but i understand everyones concern about about support. Support sells, but this kind of support wont sell many coolsats, but i will stick
with my 5000's snd ride them to the end. It's not like we dont have any tv.i can liive
with it...

why would i go with another coolsat, they sold out once whose to say they won't again.Anyways recent threads have enhanced worry of the end of coolsat 4,5,and 6000's so the option of weather to purchase a new unit has been made for me.

156 is now out for the 5000 & 6000, but I wonder about future support.
