It appears the litigation between DIRECTV and Cox is finished. The satellite TV company had filed suit in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles challenging the MSO's high-def promotions and advertising that targeted the DBS platform. Earlier this week, DIRECTV filed a notice of dismissal with the court, stated press reports.
