When I first started here I was OzMan, then I had to reregister a new nick (Future), well I killed my last laptop, bought this new one and had to get my account info e-mailed to me....

Now I'm OzMan again after a bit over a year???

Thanks, Just a bitch starting out as a virgin again..lol

Here I was trying to get used to this new setup and BAM I killed it within a few days. Looking to send it back soon because the dvd is overclocking and after about an hour a dvd movie will screw up cause it's getting too hot.

Dell E1705 (Aka Inspiron)

In all honesty it's not really all that bad, just has a few glitches with software that I don't use, but I've been too lazy to uninstall them yet..lol

I'll DL movies from the net then hook it up to the LCD television and the quality is just unremarkable. With my old laptop I needed to do a load of updates and fixes just to have the TV hookup, but with this it was basically as easy as plug-n-play, then adjust the quickset ratios.

The OS is Windows XP Media Center, I don't use it very much, but when I do I find you MUST have a high speed connection for it to be worth the while.
