autoroll

Has the autoroll stopped working? My Coolsat 4000 was down when I got home from work. I turned off autoroll and entered current keys and channels returned. I turned autoroll back on and will see if I lose channels again. Is anybody else having a problem? The Pudge

asf now......coolsat is down with canadian provider.....american on other hand is ok....running coolsat 5000 platinum....turn off autoroll and enter keys manually till a fix is out

Much to my surprise entering the keys manually then turning on autoroll again did the trick. At 8:08 pm est my autoroll worked again; GO FIGURE. I am going to watch though because it has been rolling quite often lately. The Pudge

I think B*V is randomly sending down fake keys. Last night I turned off autoroll, entered keys and channels returned. I turned autoroll back on and it autorolled three times Ok but the forth time the autoroll did not work so I had to enter again manually. I wonder if we will need new bin soon. Is anybody having problems with their Coolsats? The Pudge

have a coolsat 6000 and did manualy and auto roll , didn,t work at all and still is down
