That bin is for the 3500s ONLY! The bin for the 2500 has not been released yet. Here is the readme for the new 2700 bin:

Option to sort by Service ID (Upgraded Version of Echostar Package)

GMT Timing for EPG has been renamed to Pacific Etc.
Time has been upgraded to display AM/PM.
EMU Menu Shortcut is on Channel 8282.
For Pansat 3500S and Pansat 2700A Readme will be available real soon.

Please Go to User Setup, then Set to your time and Date
There is 5 Options on GMT Timing.
1. Pacific
2. Mountain
3. Central
4. Eastern
5. Atlantic

Then Change the time to current

Year - 2005
Month - xx
Day - xx

Please select the time with 12/24 format automaticly will convert to AM PM
Example
1:00PM = 13:00
10:00PM = 22:00
1:00AM = 1:00
10:00AM = 10:00
EPG will not be displayed on EPG bar unless you have the current time setup.
PLEASE WAIT UP TO 10 MINUTES FOR FULL GUIDE FUNCTION.

Please go to Antena Setup Go to LNBF Setting and Use Volume up and down, it will apear DP LNBF Use that option if using D-Pro Dish.
If you are using SuperDish, then use only 110 and 119 on Dishpro option, 121 use only on LNB Fq 10.75Mhz (Standart - 10750).
