After reading thru the following documents it is very clear that E*hostar is not only going after Lance A.K.A Paramount but is also going after anyone and everyone who may have aided, abetted or conspired with him to commit satellite piracy. This would likely include admins/moderators/sponsors/suppliers/coders and possibly even members.
They are clearly trying to show the relationship between owning a hardware site ( FtaSource & SimplyFta ) and and information site ( HashHu ) and that the sole purpose of this relationship was to conspire to sell hardware to pirate E*hostars signals.
At this point it looks like they are going to lean hard on Lance to give up anyone and everone he knows in the industry.
Lance's defence is basically that he does own and operate FtaSource and that he only sells legal fta receivers and has not conspired with anyone to commit satellite piracy. He denies any claims that he is Paramount or has anything to do with HashHu or piracy.
