TiVo said it's working with Intel to develop functionality in an application that will enable the DVR service to work with Intel Viiv technology. The new application will further extend TiVo's TiVoToGo features, and will allow existing TiVo subscribers to securely transfer video programming from their Series2 DVR to an Intel Viiv technology based PC using a remote control, the companies said.
